STARTING HER JOURNEY: QL SUMMIT
In the summer of 2022, Vianca was preparing to start her sophomore year of college at the University of Southern California. Through connections she made working within a real estate network in Arizona, Vianca caught wind of Quantum Leap and, knowing very little about the program, decided to attend QL Summit that June in Austin, Texas.
By her own admission, Vianca was blown away by the event.
“QL Summit was absolutely my favorite part of the entire process,” Vianca said. “It’s the perfect starting point. You get your mindset right, learn the tools you need to grow, and then apply everything in your day-to-day life.”
The curriculum helped Vianca develop a new way of thinking—one focused on intentionality, purpose, and living her “biggest life.” Vianca also credited Gary Keller, who teaches QL Summit, for his incredible impact. “It was remarkable learning directly from him,” she said.

Through the coaching component, Vianca felt a sense of accountability and encouragement she hadn’t experienced before. Her coach, Donna, played a significant role in her journey. “She knew nothing about podcasting, but I wanted to start one. She went out of her way to learn about it and created a safe space for me to explore my ideas.” Months after the program ended, Donna continued to offer support, helping Vianca with questions about home ownership and life decisions.

Now that Vianca had attended her qualifying Quantum Leap event via QL Summit, and completed her 6 Quantum Leap Coaching sessions, she was eligible to apply for a Fund My Mission Scholarship. Vianca received her KW Next Gen scholarship in two installments: the first in February 2023 and the second in August. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect—she used the funds to help pay for her university housing. “By the time my housing payment was due, I had the full $10,000,” she shared. This financial support allowed her to focus more on her studies and personal development without the looming stress of student debt.
But, as Vianca emphasized, the scholarship was just one part of a life-changing package.
TOOLS THAT CHANGED HER LIFE
One of the most important shifts for Vianca came from reevaluating her purpose and what brings her happiness. Before KW Next Gen, she lived life driven by societal expectations and financial pressures. Quantum Leap helped her realize that true fulfillment comes from living intentionally—not just surviving.
“Every day now, I ask myself: What makes me happy? What is my purpose?” she said. “This curriculum changed my mindset from one of scarcity to one of possibility.”
advice for future participants
As a QL Summit leader, Vianca found herself on the other side—now helping guide others through the same transformative experience. During a panel, she shared one key piece of advice: Ask for what you need.
Vianca practices what she preaches. When she initially discovered that her scholarship didn’t technically cover housing, she didn’t stop there. “I could have just accepted it, but instead I found the right email and explained my situation,” she said. “They made it work—not just for me, but for future recipients too.”
Her message? Don’t be afraid to ask. “The next yes is just one question away.”
