We are thrilled to welcome Jeff Reitzel and Molly de Mattos as the newest members of the KW Next Gen Board of Directors.
Jeff and Molly each bring a deep commitment to leadership, service, and investing in the next generation—values that sit at the heart of KW Next Gen’s mission. Their experience, insight, and passion will play an important role as we continue to expand our impact and equip young adults with the clarity and confidence to design their futures!
GET TO KNOW JEFF
Jeff Reitzel is an accomplished real estate broker, mortgage broker, and investor who consistently ranks in the top one percent of his profession. Over the course of his career, he has earned numerous honors, including Top 40 Under 40, the Pierre Fournier Award, the Five Diamond Award, and the WOW Mentor Award, recognizing both his performance and commitment to mentorship.
Beyond his professional success, Jeff is deeply committed to service and leadership. He has participated in multiple humanitarian aid trips to Ghana and France. He was recently appointed Ambassador to Ghana for Possibilities International, where he focuses on creating sustainable, long-term impact in the communities he serves.
Jeff’s been on the QL journey for almost 25 years, and has been a QL Instructor since the inception of KW Next Gen back in 2015. For over a decade he has consistently hosted events and advocated for Fundraising.
A devoted husband, father, mentor, and philanthropist, Jeff brings a purpose-driven approach to everything he does. His passion for developing others and creating pathways for long-term success aligns seamlessly with KW Next Gen’s focus on empowering young adults through transformational experiences like Quantum Leap, coaching, and education. His perspective will be a valuable asset as we continue to scale our programs and reach more young people nationwide.
GET TO KNOW MOLLY
Molly de Mattos is based in Asheville, North Carolina, where she co-owns and leads The Matt & Molly Team. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005 and brings nearly two decades of experience in leadership, coaching, and business development.
A former NCAA Division I scholar-athlete, Molly earned her BA in Literature and Creative Writing from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. Inspired early on by her father, a REALTOR® and Broker, she built her coaching philosophy around dedication, integrity, and personalized attention—values that continue to guide her work today.
In her broader leadership roles, Molly serves as the “Dean” of KSCORE and KW Prep for KWRI. She is also a BOLD Coach within KW Maps and coaches across multiple levels at Keller Williams Realty International, serving as Master Faculty at Keller Williams University. She is deeply passionate about developing agents and has trained thousands across the United States and internationally, blending real-world real estate success with high-energy, practical training that builds strong leaders.
Working closely with youth and young adults, Molly is driven to advocate for their growth by connecting them to the lessons, tools, and support of KW Next Gen. Her perspective, grounded in goodness and driven by joy, will strengthen our ability to serve the next generation and expand our impact at an even greater scale.
