The Year That Was: 2024

2024 was an exciting year as we rebranded as KW Next Gen and set records across our programs. 2025, here we come!

Here at KW Next Gen we’re committed to empowering young adults so they can find their life missions and unlock their greatest potential.

And we don’t just talk the talk. We have to work toward our greatest potential, and to do that, we had some big goals for 2024 – beginning with rebranding and updating our name to better reflect the community we serve.

Life looks pretty good as KW Next Gen!

Thanks to the support of our donors, coaches, and instructors, we set records in our three pillar programs: events, coaching, and scholarships!

Certified Platinum

It’s so important that when you make a donation to a nonprofit, you know your gift will be used wisely. Which is why we were thrilled to receive Platinum status from Candid, an independent agency that reviews nonprofits for transparency and financial health. Only 0.7% of nonprofits have this status!

2024: Setting Events Records

We knew that in order to empower more young adults to achieve their goals, we had to start with the foundation: Quantum Leap events.

In 2024, we celebrated:

2024: Setting Coaching Records

Each young adult ages 18–29 who attends a Quantum Leap event is encouraged to apply for our three-month coaching program. Those who are accepted receive personalized guidance from a KW MAPS or Business MAPS coach. In 2024, we were able to award coaching to 85% more young people than ever before.

The young adults in our coaching program receive six personalized coaching sessions, an invaluable asset for those building a business or working on their personal and professional growth.

2024: Setting Scholarship Records

After completing coaching, Quantum Leap graduates qualify to apply for Fund My Mission Scholarships of up to $10,000. These scholarships allow recipients to pursue their life’s mission and receive the financial support they need to turn their dream into reality.

In 2024, we awarded 57% more scholarships than in 2023, and increased total scholarship funds given by 50%.

Our Fund My Missions Scholarships aren’t limited to traditional uses. Though they can be used to help cover college tuition, scholarships can also be applied toward certification courses, training programs, private lessons and coaching, and more. We’ve funded dreams as diverse as voice lessons, podcasting programs, and watchmaking mentorships.

2025: Onward & Upward

We never tire of witnessing someone’s Quantum Leap journey. And just like the young adults we work with, we’re committed to personal and professional growth in pursuit of our mission.

That’s why we’ve set our sights higher than ever before for 2025 – we have a goal of giving $1 million in Fund My Mission Scholarships in a single year.

There’s never been a better time to support the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs. You can give a year-end gift here.

Thank you for being a part of our journey. We can’t wait to see where 2025 takes us!
