Gary Keller founded KW Nextgen as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a big vision: to empower and equip the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs with the tools needed to remove limiting beliefs, take action, and live a big life.
As we approach Founder’s Day on September 18, we’re reminded of why KW Next Gen exists: to empower young adults to discover their mission, unlock their potential, and create meaningful impact in their communities. And this season, we have much to celebrate:
KW Next Gen awards Fund My Mission scholarships quarterly to ambitious aspiring professionals who are working to achieve their life’s mission. After attending a Quantum Leap event and completing our 3-month personal coaching program, anyone under 30 can apply for a scholarship!
This need-based funding of up to $10,000, with a maximum of $5,000 each award period, can empower the next generation to make a positive impact in their communities!
These funds can be put toward costs associated with fulfilling their life mission, including:
This fall, 22 all-star students were awarded Fund My Mission Scholarships to pursue making their dreams into realities.

Behind every scholarship is a young leader committed to making a positive difference—whether in business, community, education, or beyond. By investing in their growth, we’re investing in a ripple effect of impact that will extend far beyond each individual.
None of this would be possible without the generosity of donors like you. Your support ensures that ambitious young adults have the resources, guidance, and confidence to build the future they envision.
As we celebrate Founder’s Day on September 18, we invite you to continue fueling this mission. By giving today, you’ll help us say “yes” to even more life-changing opportunities for young adults in the year ahead.
If you know a young adult under 30 who would benefit from free self-development events, coaching, and scholarships, encourage them to get started by exploring our events today!
Please join us in celebrating this remarkable group as they take the next steps toward their dreams!
