Scholarship Highlight: Randy Mbouge

"My mission for life is to show others that there are no limits to what we as humans can do."

Randy Mbouge has always been a driven person who feels called to motivate others. He joined the Army in July of 2017 and won Leader of the Cycle in Basic Training. He was then deployed to Kuwait for 9 months and while there he started speaking and hosting worships for his fellow soldiers.

After leaving the Army, Randy took his outgoing personality to the real estate sector, but he wasn’t able to close deals consistently because he didn’t really know where to focus his attention.

Finding Focus

While looking for a new real estate home, Randy met up with Chase Sloan, KW Next Gen instructor and owner of the Chasing Real Estate Group, who immediately saw that Quantum Leap could help Randy channel his ambition. “She has helped me gain immense clarity in my life to be smarter with my time and attention to detail,” Randy says.

He attended QL in Houston, TX, and then qualified for QL Coaching from Chris Lagarde. Later he attended QL Summit remotely with Gary Keller in 2020.

“KW Next Gen helped me become more intentional with the way I wanted to live my life. Being intentional with who I wanted to become then led me to meet great people within the KW Next Gen community.”

With the tools he learned through KW Next Gen, Randy built a successful career in real estate and became a published author. His first book was “The HAC Method,” which stands for Habits, Accountability, and Consistency.

Randy is “living his life on purpose” as part of the core team at the Chasing Real Estate Group in Houston, TX. They’ve partnered with U.S. Vets Houston to bring Wealth Building Basics to the brave veterans in the Third Ward community. It’s a simple mission: equip these heroes with the knowledge and tools they need to make the most of their benefits and secure their financial futures.

“If I was 18 years old and someone asked if coming to KW Next Gen is worth it, I would say, ‘Yes! You won’t lose, you WON’T lose, being inside that room.'”

What’s Next

Randy is looking ahead toward expanding his business in the next few years, as well as publishing his third book which includes 250 interviews from his time in Kuwait. And he just got engaged three weeks ago so exciting things are on the horizon!

We can’t wait to see what you do next, Randy!
