A PROMISING START IN REAL ESTATE
Coming from a long line of real estate professionals, Noah began his journey down the same path. His dedication and talent quickly elevated him to Director of Talent and Growth at Keller Williams City View in San Antonio, Texas.
While Noah enjoyed the role and thrived in the real estate environment, he admits he couldn’t help but feel a gentle tug toward a different calling. While working out of a coffee shop during COVID, he began to pick up on the powerful connections that were being forged over caffeinated beverages.
QL Summit: A Turning Point
At the urging of his father, Noah attended KW Next Gen’s QL Summit in Austin, Texas in 2022. The event, powered by the models and systems of Quantum Leap, is designed to help young adults identify their true calling and equip them with the tools to pursue it.
For Noah, that meant taking a hard look at his future and making some pivotal decisions about what he wanted his life to look like.
After utilizing tools like the Personal Mission Statement, the GPS and the 411, Noah was able to gain clarity on his true passion: the coffee business.
With that vision in mind, Noah was able to more closely align with his mission statement of building authentic and lasting relationships. A seed was planted and he knew the next steps would be critical to making his vision a reality.
understanding the industry
When it came to coffee, Noah knew enough to know what he didn’t know. After all, his life up to that point had been primarily centered around real estate. So, he took the next logical step and applied for Quantum Leap Coaching, where he was paired with MAPS Coach Kevin Wachter. Noah credits Kevin with helping him define an economic model for the business that was sustainable long-term.

After painstakingly reviewing the business plan, Noah was ready to apply for a Fund My Mission Scholarship. He was awarded funds which he used to cover the expense of attending a specialized training through Selah Coffee Cart Consulting, a renowned expert in the Coffee Cart space. He flew out to Denver, CO to attend that training and was even able to grab lunch with his QL Coach, Kevin, who calls Denver home.
Leveraging the insights from his training, Noah was able to put his passion into practice and Reunion Coffee Cart was born in 2024. By acquiring the confidence and skills necessary to embark on this new venture, Noah is living his purpose.
