At just 26 years old, Trevor Amrein, a real estate consultant based in Cincinnati, OH, is on a mission that’s quite literally out of this world: to contribute to humanity’s expansion into space. His dream? To create sustainable habitats on the Moon, Mars, Venus, and eventually, deep space. And through KW Next Gen, he’s building the foundation to get there.
Trevor’s journey with KW Next Gen began in 2023 at Family Reunion in Anaheim, where he attended a powerful introduction to Quantum Leap led by Nikki Miller.
After connecting with Nikki and Brandi at the event, Trevor dove headfirst into the program.

Trevor made the decision to attend QL Summit later that year in Austin, and from that point on, his trajectory took off.
“I was pretty much hooked right away. The summit helped me see how real estate could be the launchpad to something much bigger,” Trevor shared.
Following QL Summit, Trevor enrolled in MAPS Coaching and worked closely with Christina Griffin, former Head of Relocation for KW. That coaching evolved into a mentorship that extended well beyond the official program. From there, Trevor earned a First Move Millionaire (FMM) scholarship, which allowed him to attend Family Reunion 2024 in Las Vegas—an experience he describes as transformative.
Thanks to KW Next Gen, Trevor was connected to the highest-tier ticket experience, which included a CEO meet-and-greet. That’s where he met Mark Willis, CEO of Keller Williams, sparking a professional relationship that led Trevor to Philadelphia for a career development opportunity with KW leadership.
“Meeting Mark and spending time with the Next Gen community gave me clarity. I realized what’s possible when you align yourself with the right people and purpose.”
Trevor has continued to give back, serving in a support role at QL Summit 2024, helping new participants navigate their first experience. Along the way, he’s also found deep inspiration from Gary Keller, particularly in how Gary frames personal growth as an integral part of professional success.
“Gary’s words were pivotal for me. He helped me re-center my priorities around spiritual growth, not just business. That shift has had a lasting impact.”
THE QUANTUM LEAP EFFECT
One of Trevor’s most valuable takeaways from the Quantum Leap curriculum? Learning how to say no.
“QL helped me understand what to focus on. Life isn’t just about saying yes to the right things—it’s about having the courage to say no to everything else.”
This intentional focus is fueling Trevor’s current goals. He’s now preparing to syndicate or invest in his first apartment complex in the next year—a step forward in building the capital vehicle that will one day fund his greater mission in aerospace development.
And he’s not stopping there. Trevor plans to apply for another FMM scholarship to continue investing in leadership development, understanding that character growth is the one asset no one can take away.
