Jessica and Christopher have served as KW Next Gen instructors since 2016 — a role in which they’ve both embraced and embodied the core principles of Quantum Leap, our flagship personal growth curriculum. In 2019, they expanded their impact further by joining the Board of Directors, helping guide the organization strategically while staying deeply rooted in our mission. Together, they’ve taught Quantum Leap material to more than 1,000 attendees and raised over $10,000 through their events, directly fueling our ability to reach more young adults.

Christopher Baker brings a powerful blend of service, leadership, and heart to every room he enters. A seasoned real estate professional and U.S. Air Force veteran, Chris has dedicated over two decades to mentoring, coaching, and empowering others to think bigger and lead with purpose.
As Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, his mission is clear: “to build wealth in minds that change lives and leave legacies for generations through training, coaching, and mentoring.”
Chris’s leadership isn’t just about business; it’s about equipping young adults with the confidence, clarity, and personal direction they need to pursue meaningful success. His commitment to service extends beyond KW Next Gen into his community leadership roles, where he champions wealth-building and leadership development at every turn.

Jessica Estrada brings an extraordinary global perspective and a passion for connection to her work as an instructor and board member. Born in Mexico City and raised in Central Florida, Jessica has traveled to over 150 countries and speaks four languages fluently — a testament to her belief in the power of relationship, culture, and world-class leadership.
Her life mission — “to inspire passionate living and create meaningful relationships through travel, leadership, coaching, and charitable ventures” — reflects the deeply personal, people-centered approach she brings to every workshop and conversation.
Jessica’s background in luxury real estate and global marketing enriches her teaching style with real-world savvy and intentional guidance, making her an unforgettable leader in Quantum Leap classrooms across the country.
