Scholarship Highlight: David Siena

"My mission is to ignite transformational change, empower individuals & businesses to obtain financial freedom through innovative education and sales strategies.”

A Pandemic Beginning

What’s a person to do when stuck inside because of a global pandemic? Get started crushing your goals by learning Quantum Leap, of course!

That’s just what two-time Fund My Mission Scholarship recipient David Siena did. He signed up for Quantum Leap with Stephen Hanlon during COVID, and his KW Next Gen journey began.

After completing our coaching program, he was awarded his first scholarship in order to fund getting his real estate license. He then used his second scholarship to learn from one of his idols, author and podcaster, Jocko Willink.

“Having these tools that keep you accountable to your mission, that’s really the biggest thing I got out of Quantum Leap.”

Loving the KW Life

David is originally from Ontario, Canada, and started with Keller Williams as an Inside Sales agent. But these days he’s living in a totally different climate and working as a team leader at Keller Williams in Scottsdale Arizona.

He’s actively involved in the Keller Williams Franchise business, researching new systems and processes for both recruiting and prospecting, and identifying key tech infrastructure models for the organization.

“KW Next Gen is a community that’s able to get you to your goals in a way that is bigger, better, faster and more fun.”

Coming Full Circle

David is also in the process of becoming a KW Next Gen instructor so he can help spread the word about Quantum Leap and inspire everyone to think and live bigger. We love seeing things come full circle!
