from skeptic to believer
When Mark agreed to attend his first Quantum Leap event (with instructor and Board Member Usha Patel!) he admitted to being a bit hesitant. His brother, Michael, had experienced Quantum Leap firsthand and recommended it to Mark. But as a self-proclaimed “rebel” in certain ways, Mark didn’t see himself embracing direction on his life from someone else.
After attending a virtual event during COVID, Mark was still feeling a bit apprehensive about committing to the program. That all changed when he attended his first in-person Quantum Leap event with Usha.

Finding his way through ql coaching
After embracing the Quantum Leap models and systems at his qualifying event, Mark received the opportunity to complete 6 coaching sessions with QL Coach Kara Moll. He credits these coaching sessions with helping him develop an airtight GPS, which allowed him to identify his goals and stay accountable to those goals. With Kara’s guidance he was also able to implement strategies and systems for staying on track!

"mastery has no endpoint"
Having completed his qualifying Quantum Leap event and 6 coaching sessions, Mark applied for – and received – a Fund My Mission Scholarship. He was able to put those scholarship funds toward attending QL Summit with Gary Keller in Austin, Texas. Attending QL Summit allowed him to further refine the path toward his future goals, leveraging the Quantum Leap tools that he refers to as the “perfect trifecta”: The Personal Mission Statement, GPS, and 411. And although mastery may not have a true endpoint, Mark feels confident he can continue to tinker with these tools and get closer to his version of mastery in the future.
As a realtor in the Poconos, Mark has made tremendous strides in his business over the last few years and has big goals for 2025. We wish him nothing but success in chasing down those goals and living out his personal mission!
