Discovering KW Next Gen
Savanna was first introduced to KW Next Gen over six years ago by her team lead, Rebecca Fishkin. Rebecca insisted she attend a class called Quantum Leap—and that moment set the tone for the next stage of Savanna’s personal and professional evolution.
Though she took QL for the first time in her early twenties, Savanna returned to the class in June 2024 after navigating major life milestones: getting married, welcoming her daughter, and buying two homes. “I had gone through so many changes,” she shared. “I was excited to come back to QL with a fresh perspective.”
The Challenges—and the Breakthroughs
Before Quantum Leap, Savanna wrestled with something many young working moms feel deeply: judgment and the pressure to be “doing it all.”
Her first QL experience showed her she had a greater purpose, but it was her 2024 class that brought true transformation.
“Being a working mom and a young professional comes with a lot of judgment,” she says. “Quantum Leap helped me find balance, take ownership, and remember that my path as a mom is mine—not something for others to judge.”
Through QL, she gained clarity, structure, and a renewed sense of confidence in both her leadership and motherhood.
Coaching That Changed Everything
Savanna’s first experience with KW Next Gen coaching came early in her journey, with Linda Lyons as her coach.
“She helped me have major personal breakthroughs and get out of my own head,” Savanna reflects. “I appreciated everything she gave me.”
After retaking QL in 2024, Savanna earned a Fund My Mission scholarship—which she invested in two powerful experiences that accelerated her growth:
- Attending the Her Best Life event in Miami, where she connected with a community of women who continue to support, uplift, and hold her accountable
- Working with MAPS Coach Monica Kelts, who helps her continue stepping into the leader she wants to become
gratitude for those that make it all possible
Quantum Leap gave Savanna clarity—but it also gave her a roadmap.
“QL showed me what I need to do daily to win,” she says. “Gary always says success is simple but not easy. Sometimes success is boring—and that means doing the consistent things that move the needle.”
From making calls, to refining systems, to focusing on the fundamentals that help her business and team grow, Savanna is operating with renewed direction.
But perhaps the most exciting milestone ahead?
She has become a Quantum Leap Instructor, hosting her first event in 2025.
“This is how I live out my mission,” she says. “QL teaches four key things: your life’s mission, your bigger purpose, your goals, and how to build clarity around achieving them. Being able to share that with others feels like everything coming full circle.”
Her Advice for Anyone Considering KW Next Gen
“Get involved. QL itself is life-changing, but the opportunities afterward—the coaching, the scholarships, the relationships—can help you get closer to your purpose.
Being in rooms with KW Next Gen instructors or even with Gary Keller himself is incredible. The connections you build are lifelong and can transform your personal and professional journey.”
Savanna also had a message for the donors:
“To everyone who donates: I have the biggest gratitude for you. You have no idea the impact you’re making.
You give people hope. You give them belief. You give them the ability to realize that whatever they put their mind to, they can achieve.
Because of you, I’m living my purpose and waking up every day excited.”
