Here at KWKC we’re committed to empowering young adults so they can find their life missions and unlock their greatest potential.
And we practice what we preach. That means we have to work toward our greatest potential, too, and in order to do that, we set some pretty big goals for 2023.
Thanks to the support of our donors, coaches, and instructors, we set records in our three pillar programs: events, coaching, and scholarships!
2023: Setting Events Records
We knew that in order to empower more young adults to achieve their goals, we had to start with the foundation: Quantum Leap events.
In 2023, we celebrated:
2023: Setting Coaching Records
Each young adult ages 18–28 who attends a QL event is encouraged to apply for our three-month coaching program. Those who are accepted receive personalized guidance from a KW MAPS or Business MAPS coach.
In 2023, we were able to award coaching to 40% more QL attendees than ever before.
2023: Setting Scholarship Records
In 2023, we awarded 60% more scholarships than in 2022, and increased total funds given by 65%.
Our Fund My Missions Scholarships aren’t limited to traditional uses. Though they can be used to help cover college tuition, scholarships can also be applied toward certification courses, training programs, private lessons and coaching, and more.
We’ve funded dreams as diverse as voice lessons, comedy coaching, and watchmaking mentorships.
2024: A Year of Change
We never tire of witnessing someone’s Quantum Leap journey. And just like the young adults we work with, we’re committed to personal and professional growth in pursuit of our mission.
That’s why we’ve set our sights higher than ever before for 2024.
